On Thursday PunkRadioCast decided to celebrate some accomplishments. Here is how we roll:

Than Friday, it was back to work!!! After a looong week of work, we decided it was all about beer and golf karts for the weekend:

I just wanted to quickly blog about the Vans Warped Tour Party. It has been tying me down a lot and I apologize to all for not posting lately! I do have some great pics to post and will hopefully do so tomorrow morning.

Back to the Vans Warped Tour party in Toronto. As many of you know we are hosting an open bar party with Saint Alvia’s Cartel, Creepshow and Hifi Handgrenades performing. The party is invite only BUT we are allowing you, the listener the chance to come to the party and drink on our dime. If you want to go simply just email me, Jenna@punkradiocast.com and tell me you want to go! We are going to pick 2 lucky winners to grab a guest and come out to the party! That is right, its an open bar AND PunkRadioCast has probably the sweetest gift bags in town. Everyone will be parting the party with some very sweet swag. I just pray you don’t get so drunk you dont make it home with your lovely package in hand!

Our good friends, The Sainte Catherine’s are proud to present their first ever movie entitled The Soda Machine. The movie features commentary from current and past band members, bands they’ve shared the stage with, industry people, friends, fans, in short all of those who make up the big family of The Sainte Catherines. The film also includes appearances from Fat Mike (NOFX, Fat Wreck Chords), The Lawrence Arms, Réjean Laplanche (MusiquePlus), Olivier Robillard-Laveaux (VOIR), Against Me!, Jonathan Cummins (MIRROR) and many more!

The Soda Machine will be available in stores May 6 and in celebration, we are hosting a contest that will give 10 people, and a friend the chance to attend one of two of their exclusive screening parties in Toronto. Here are the dates and details.

Thursday May 15 – The Rivoli (19+), Downtown Toronto. Pre-party at 6 pm, followed by a screening of The Soda Machine, a Q&A session, and an acoustic performance.

Thursday May 16 – The Trash Place (all Ages) Downtown Toronto. Doors at 7 pm. Followed by a screening of the Soda, a Q&A and an acoustic performance.

I am telling you, between the group of us here at PRC very strange things happen. The Rewind host, Paul Stachniak, was unfortunately stuck on a city subway train in Toronto that hit a lady who fell onto the track just before he was supposed to record his show. This story is really sad, but luckily ends with her surviving!
